Pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 163.380, Notice is hereby given by the City of Clearwater (the “City”) that sealed Letters of Interest (“LOIs”) will be received by the City until 10:00 AM, Local Time, June 13, 2025, from persons interested in purchasing one or more of the properties listed below:
