Zoning Portal (Zoning and Planning Requests)

The following zoning and planning requests can be initiated through the city's online portal. Any applicable fees will be invoiced after a complete request is received by staff and can be paid online. Applications for the comprehensive plan sign program and miscellaneous zoning requests may also be submitted using the Zoning Portal, although they are not limited to this option. Some applications may be submitted in person, but this may extend processing time.

• Alcohol Beverage License Zoning Sign-offs (includes temporary)
• Annual Renewal Application(PDF, 188KB) (Use this form to renew previously approved dog-friendly restaurant/cafe, outdoor cafe, and/or sidewalk/sandwich board signs.)
• Zoning Verification Letter
• Comprehensive Sign Program and Amendments (Zoning Portal or hard copy)

• Declaration of Unity of Title
• Division of Lot of Record/Minor Lot Line Adjustment

Applications Submitted Online or as a Hard Copy

The following applications can be submitted in person by bringing a hard copy/USB or by email. Contact the Zoning line at (727) 562-4604, and a planner will provide more information.

• Appeal: Level One cases (FLS applications) can be submitted to Planning & Development. All other cases must be submitted via the City Clerk’s office. FYI: The clerk’s office does not accept electronic payments, and if paying in cash, they will need exact cash.
