The Clearwater Solid Waste/Recycling Department helps keep the city bright and beautiful. This team is responsible for garbage removal for residential and commercial customers.

Solid waste is collected once a week for single-family residences. Collection schedules vary for commercial and multifamily customers. What To Do With Electronic Waste

Place electronics in your trash can instead (not on the ground). If your electronic has rechargeable batteries, bring them to the Pinellas County Hazardous Collection Center, 2855 109th Ave. N. in St. Petersburg.

How to Dispose of Large, Bulky Items

Have something too large to fit in your trash can? Set furniture and other large items at the curb on your regular collection day, and our crews will pick it up.
