If your bill has been estimated this month, you'll see an "E" in the "Read Code" column on your bill.
We may need to estimate your water usage for a few different reasons, such as:
- A vehicle being parked over the water meter
- Heavy rain on the scheduled reading day
- Construction or landscaping covering the meter
- Other unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from reading the meter
We always strive to provide accurate readings, but when things like weather or access issues arise, estimates help keep your billing cycle on track.
