Pets on Clearwater Beach

If you're looking for a place to catch some rays and hang out with your pupper, try a leisurely walk along Beach Walk or on the sand on North Beach past Somerset Street. No dogs, cats or pets are allowed on the public bathing beach on Clearwater Beach, with the exception of service animals. The U.S. Department of Justice defines service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.
