The Clearwater Harbor Marina is a beautiful marina with state-of-the-art concrete floating docks located in the Downtown District of Clearwater, Florida just across from Coachman Park. The boat slips are accessible from the Intracoastal Waterway at the Memorial Causeway Bridge and are part of Downtown Clearwater’s Cleveland Street Retail and Entertainment District featuring numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries.

Step 1.Reserve a slip at the Clearwater Harbor Marina online

You must:

  • Make a reservation via Dockwa
  • Provide proof of insurance upon arrival or upload to Dockwa

  • Maximum length overall must be at or less than 180'

Step 2.Check in at the Dockmaster Office

Check in with one of our dockmasters at the Dockmaster's Office. Check-in is after 1 p.m. 

Step 3.Provide your proof of insurance

Provide the dockmaster with your proof of insurance or upload it to Dockwa.

Step 4.Enjoy your stay

The maximum length of stay for transient tenants is one month. 

A lower weekly rate will automatically be applied to your dockage cost for stays of seven (7) nights or greater.

A lower monthly rate will automatically be applied to your dockage cost for stays of (28) nights or greater. Stays longer than 28 days will need to be reviewed by dockmaster to ensure availability.

Step 2.Check in with the dockmaster at the Dockmaster Office

Check in with one of our dockmasters at the Dockmaster office. Check-in is after 1 p.m. 

Step 3.Provide your proof of insurance

Provide the dockmaster with your proof of insurance.

Step 4.Bring your smartphone to access your virtual key

Please bring your smart phone with at check-in, so you can be given access to locked areas of the marina through our virtual key app. The app is compatible with IPhone or Android smartphones.

Step 5.Enjoy your stay

100 percent refund 24 hours prior to the marina’s local check-in time. If the boater cancels less than 24 hours before check-in, the first night is non-refundable. If the boater arrives and decides to leave early, the night that are not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are 100 percent refunded.
