Project Background

The project includes construction of a public parking garage at the corner of Pierce Street and Osceola Avenue, with 397 parking spaces. The land was acquired from Peace Memorial Church and certain stipulations were agreed to in the purchase agreement.

In addition to public parking, the finished garage will provide guaranteed parking to Peace Memorial Church during specified days associated with their church services. The building will also include space for retail on the first floor facing Osceola Avenue.
