The goal of this series of placemaking programs is to inspire Clearwater residents to reimagine, strengthen and beautify their communities in partnership with the city of Clearwater.

Put simply, placemaking is a process for creating communities that people want to live, work and play in. By coming together with your neighbors to reimagine and take ownership of underutilized space in your neighborhood, you're helping make Clearwater a bright and beautiful city for all its residents.
