Pier 60 Park

Temporary Closure

Due to the impact of recent hurricanes, Pier 60 is currently open only up to the fishing pier. The bait house and fishing pier is closed until further notice. Visitors can still enjoy the stunning views of Clearwater Beach by walking on the open portion of the pier. Fishing is not permitted on the pier or the public bathing beaches.

Pier 60 is ideally located on world-renowned sparkling Clearwater Beach. Pier 60 offers access to fine dining, shopping, entertainment and outstanding white sandy beaches. Clearwater Beach is open 24/7. Lifeguards are on-duty seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Lifeguard towers are staffed based on season and weather. Clearwater Beach is open 24 hours, but the park is closed from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Additional Activities

Sunsets at Pier 60: Every evening two hours before to two hours after sunset. Local artists, craftspeople and performers offer merchandise and unique entertainment at this famous landmark.

 

Activities: Shopping, dining and entertainment

 

Facilities: Snack shop, covered pavilions, telescopes, rod rentals, bait and tackle. Daily, weekly and yearly fishing passes are available for a fee.
