Leading up to the move back to the Municipal Services Building, Clearwater Utility Customer Service will temporarily change their hours:
- Friday, Oct. 10: The Contact Center will close at 3 p.m. (The cashier will remain open at CGS Energy).
- Friday, Oct. 17: The Cashier Office will close at 2 p.m.
- Beginning Monday, Oct. 20: In-person payments will return to 100 S. Myrtle Ave., and the drive-thru will reopen.
Customers can make payments, start or stop service, and submit requests online at MyClearwater.com.
Regular hours remain Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a lunch closure from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Upon return to the Municipal Services Building, customer service assistance in the lobby will be available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
