“Come Fly With Me,” by local artist Alyssa Marie, is a striking 20-by-10-foot butterfly-wings mural located at Coachman Park, 300 Cleveland St., Clearwater. Commissioned by the city as part of Coachman Park’s revitalization and public-art initiative, this is one of three murals installed to welcome visitors to the newly reimagined waterfront space. When viewed from the right angle, the mural’s wing design is intended as a “photo-op moment,” giving the illusion that the wings emerge from the viewer inviting engagement, creativity, and a sense of fun.
