Follow the three steps below to register for paperless billing.

If you do not have an online account yet, please visit this page for instructions on how to register for an account.
From the My Profile drop down menu, select “Paperless”, OR under Services, select “Paperless”.
Select “Yes” for the account(s) you want to register for paperless. Check the box to “agree to the terms and conditions”. Then, select “Save my changes”.
You will see a confirmation banner indicating “Your changes have been saved”.
Select “No” for the account(s) you want to un-register for paperless. Then, select “Save my changes”.
Use Clearwater Connect to report your billing concern or inquiry to us.
Make sure to include your account number, address, issue, and phone number, and we will address your issue as soon as we can.
To report a gas or water leak or other emergency condition, call (727) 462-6633. This emergency line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This bill is for services rendered and is due upon receipt. Bill will become past due 21 days from statement date.
