Recreation Summer Camps

Looking for a fun and safe summer camp that your kids will love? Look no further than our youth camps - the place to be!

Clearwater Camps are the place to be for fun and safety! Campers will enjoy a wide variety of fun activities, including games, crafts, field trips, sports and exciting weekly themes. Additionally, each week, a different positive Character Trait will be discussed and celebrated. Campers will build new friendships and create life-long memories under the supervision of caring adults. Each camp counselor is carefully selected based on their experience and love of children.

Clearwater Camp Dates and Fees:

• Camp Dates: June 2 thru August 8, 2025
• No Camp on June 19, July 4
• Camp Fees – Long Center, Morningside, Countryside:
• Full Summer Discount Package: $1000 with a Clearwater Recreation Card PLUS. $1,100 with a Clearwater Recreation Card.  $1,200 without a card. Half of camp fees are due at registration, with the remainder due by May 17th. 
• Weekly: $135 per week with a Recreation Card, $150 per week without a card. Full payment due at registration. 
• Fees include all field trips and a camp t-shirt.
• JWB Camps (Ross Norton & North Greenwood) are $75 for the summer for those who qualify.
• Scholarships are available to City of Clearwater residents only. Please contact the center for further information.

Counselor In Training (C.I.T.) Program:

Responsible young adults entering 8th grade or up who enjoy being a role model for children and are looking for a fun and rewarding way to spend their summer are encouraged to apply for one of our C.I.T. positions. C.I.T.’s are needed at all Clearwater Camp locations and are a valuable part of our camp team. Call the recreation center of your choice to set up an interview. 

Cost: $200 with a Recreation Card, or $250 without a card for the entire summer.
