50 N. Osceola Avenue The Ballad Hotel, a new 158-key hotel is being built on the eastern edge of Coachman Park and it will have a parking garage, rooftop bar, retail and meeting space.
Edgewater Drive Park Edgewater Drive Park is currently a passive park with limited functionality and use. The park will undergo refurbishment and to include a new pier, expanded parking lot, improved stormwater management, new sidewalks, new bike racks, trash receptacles, benches, environmental educational signage, and an ADA accessible drinking fountain.
