BRIEF DESCRIPTION: 

On March 6, 2025, the Clearwater City Council declared surplus for the purpose of sale through an Invitation to Bid, certain real property located at 7240 US Highway (Hwy) 19 North, whereby the successful bid meets the terms set by Council.  The property is legally described in Exhibit A – Property Legal Description
