Erosion Control The purpose of this notice is to inform the prime contractor that the City of Clearwater will hold them responsible for soil erosion from their site.
Temporary Uses This page describes the temporary uses that are allowed upon obtaining a temporary use permit from the Planning and Development Department (unless otherwise noted). There are no permit fees for any temporary use, with the exception of the seasonal sales use where a $250 permit fee is required.
