Zoning Portal (Zoning and Planning Requests)

The following zoning and planning requests can be initiated through the city's online portal. Any applicable fees will be invoiced after a complete request is received by staff and can be paid online. Applications for the comprehensive plan sign program and miscellaneous zoning requests may also be submitted using the Zoning Portal, although they are not limited to this option. Some applications may be submitted in-person but this may extend processing time.

• Community Garden/ Urban Farm Permit
• Declaration of Unity of Title
• Division of Lot of Record/Minor Lot Line Adjustment
• Dog-Friendly Dining Permit
• Minor Revision to Level Two Flexible Development Approval
• Outdoor Cafe Permit
• Sidewalk Sign Application
• Temporary Use Permit
