Water Repairs

Crews from Clearwater Public Utilities will be repairing a water line from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Oct. 14, at Lady Mary Drive in Clearwater. The water will be shut down during this time, and a precautionary boil-water order will be issued after the main is repaired. Sixty nine residences will be impacted, and each will receive a doorhanger to notify of this action. Water samples will be taken, and impacted customers will receive a rescission notice once testing comes back clear.

Drinking Water Boil-Water Orders
Sea Grape Circle and Oyster Bayou on Sept. 24, 2025

On Sept. 24, crews from Clearwater Public Utilities learned of a leaking six-inch water valve, located at Sea Grape Circle and Oyster Bayou. Notices were posted to all affected residents, letting them know that drinking water service would be turned off to replace the valve.
Approximately 30 residents were issued a precautionary boil water notice: They include 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44 and 46 on Sea Grape Circle and also 3141, 3143, 3145, 3147, 3149, 3151, 3153, 3155, 3156 and 3158 on Oyster Bayou. No additional residents or commercial properties were impacted by this water repair.
The repair was completed, and water samples were taken to the lab. Sample results were reported clear effective Sept. 27, and a rescission notice has issued. Results have been sent to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the Florida Department of Health.
Rosetree Court on Sept. 15, 2025

On Sept. 15, crews from Clearwater Public Utilities discovered a leaking six-inch water valve, located on Rosetree Court. Notices were posted to all affected residents from 9 a.m. to noon that day, letting them know that drinking water service would be turned off to replace the valve.
Approximately nine residents were issued a precautionary boil water notice: They include 1424, 1430, 1436, 1442, 1448, 1455, 1460, 1466 and 1472 on Rosetree Court. No additional residents or commercial properties were impacted by this water repair.
The repair was completed, and water samples were taken to the lab. Sample results were reported clear, and a rescission notice has issued. Results have been sent to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the Florida Department of Health.
