Pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 163.380, Notice is hereby given by the City of Clearwater (the “City”) that sealed Letters of Interest (LOIs) will be received by the City for thirty (30) days following the date of this publication which is 10:00 A.M., Local Time, December 5, 2025, from persons interested in purchasing one of the properties located at the following addresses in the table below.

No responsibility will attach to the city of Clearwater, its employees, or agents for premature opening of a proposal that is not properly addressed and identified. E-mail or fax submissions will not be accepted. Late submittals will not be considered.
DESCRIPTION. The City seeks property owners adjacent to the properties listed above (the “For-Sale Properties”) to integrate the For-Sale Properties into their currently owned adjacent properties. These properties are uneconomic remainders of land and have no development potential as stand-alone parcels.
Letters of Interest are limited to 500 words or fewer and must include a purchase price offer and proposed use. The City shall consider all Letters of Interest received in a timely manner. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Letters of Interest, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise, and to otherwise conduct this request for Letters of Interest in the manner it deems to be in the best interests of the public.
