Neighborhood Association Registration Form

Registering as a Clearwater Neighborhood Association is voluntary, but it serves as an important tool for sharing information and collaborating on community involvement and placemaking activities. Registered neighborhood groups will be included on our neighborhood association map, have access to our monthly newsletter, receive notices regarding certain development activities in your neighborhood, and more.

It is important to have identified neighborhoods and neighborhood groups as our Placemaking Playbook expands and increases the number of ways that neighbors can connect and improve their community. Registering also improves the city’s ability to connect with a group that takes ownership within a community. This helps to ensure successful city support of each neighborhood. It also allows us to connect community leaders in each neighborhood with residents who approach the city with questions, opportunities or concerns.

If the information submitted changes prior to the next official date to register, it is the association’s responsibility to submit an update to the City of Clearwater.
