The CDB has adopted a Consent Agenda format. Consent Agenda items are those for which the Planning & Development Department recommends approval, the applicant agrees with any proposed conditions, and no written objections to the case have been received by 3 p.m. the day prior to the meeting. However, items may be removed from the Consent Agenda at the beginning of the meeting by a member of the Board, staff, or the public for questions or objections.
Public comments via email: Citizens wishing to provide comments on an agenda item are encouraged to do so in advance through written comment. Individuals may submit written comments to a case's assigned planner. All comments received by 3 p.m. the day before the meeting will become part of the official record and will be given to the Board members.
